GENERAL TERMS

Written leases required.
Minimum stay of one month.
Rent due the first of each month.
All utilities, including local telephone, are paid for by The Boulevard Apartments.
Fourteen days notice to vacate is required. However, you pay only for as much of the month as you use. For example: suppose you lease an apartment starting June 1st. On July 10th you give notice of leaving the apartment August 15th. When you leave on August 15th, you will have paid rent for June, July and just 15 days of August.
